Manual Torque
Wrench
HTC repair, calibrate and certify
manual torque wrenches from 1.2Nm to 1500Nm onsite or larger
wrenches in our torque laboratory. Our on-site service covers the
whole country and eliminates almost all down time as you are not
left without your tool. If your wrench is damaged and needs
repairs, we can help. We have a vast range of spare parts on board
for most common brands, and can turn most repair jobs around
quickly. If repairs take time, we offer hire wrenches at a
discounted rate to keep you working. When you purchase a new wrench
or have one calibrated it's automatically loaded into our system
and you'll be sent a reminder when it's next due for calibration -
taking the hassle out of ensuring your wrenches are always
compliant.
Powered Torque
Wrench
Our torque laboratory has
specialised equipment to calibrate and certify manual, hydraulic,
pneumatic and electric powered torque tools, up to 33,000Nm. As
standard, all tools tested and calibrated are issued with a
traceable calibration certificate, giving you an accurate pressure
vs torque graph and an average torque breakdown chart to assist
you. We hold parts for and can repair most hydraulic, pneumatic and
electric torque wrenches
HTC has been approved by Siemens
Wind Power to service and calibrate their torque equipment.
Gauge
Calibration
We offer a gauge calibration
service, covering most gauges on the market. Calibrated gauges are
issued with a traceable IANZ certificate.
On-site Crimp Tool
Testing
HTC tests all major crimp tools,
and provides a detailed report on their condition and performance.
Special equipment is used to evaluate crimping force and determine
correct operation. We also hold parts for and can repair the brands
we sell.
