TURNKEY SOLUTION FOR SLIP JOINT POLE CONSTRUCTION

60 ton hollow ram with fabricated 2m hi-tensile threading rod used to pull together vertical sections of electricity transmission towers.

United Group constructed new steel mono pole power poles which use slip joints. These are jacked together to a specified force using hollow-centre rams and threading rods to create a pulling force. HTC supplied all the hydraulic rams, hose pumps, jacking stools and threaded rods.
